Training in the city

We love walking in nature, where there’s peace and quiet, and space to stretch our dogs’ noses, let loose, and relax.
On our favorite walks, we avoid places with lots of people, other animals, smells, and stimuli.
But we also know perfectly well that exercise in the city is just as important as in secluded places, so let’s get started 🙂

There were five dogs on the city walk, and such a group is already generating quite a bit of interest❣️
People’s hearts are filled with joy when they hear – “so many dogs, and so well-behaved!”
So the dogs try to be well-behaved, because it pays off 😅

Busy streets, lots of people with their pets, fire department sirens blaring, lots of different stimuli – we try to show our dogs that it’s nothing to be afraid of, that they can calmly ignore everything and focus on what their owner is holding in his hand and is about to give them 😅
Learning to calmly pass other dogs and even ignore them ❣️
All of this happened that day ❣️

There was also a show training session with a lot of distractions, and we even watched other dogs training from a distance 😍
But there was also time for a bit of relaxation, rest, and some relief for our furry friends: we watched pigeons and ducklings, ate ice cream, and sat on the grass, just “doing nothing” – which was actually nice, because the city can be nice too 😍
And the next day we went to the forest anyway 😅
